I would cut the sugar (we use evaporated cane juice, actually) on this recipe but it looked child-friendly. Just thinking about those strawberries is making my mouth water!

		<description>I love that you save your jars. I do too.  They have come in handy for freezing tomatoe sauce.  I need more jelly jars since I stored my strawberrries in the freezer last summer.  I am going to make jam with them for the first time.  Do you have a favorite strawberry jam recipe with stevia? 

I actually purchased a ton of storagable glass corningware especially for acidic food since I have heard acidic food can cause plastic to leach.
